My name is Hayley, I'm twenty two and living in South
Wales. I graduated from university this July, studying
BA(hons) Digital Illustration. I am a children's illustrator
and hopefully author in the near future!
I've recently writen and illustrated a picture book for
children. Its an educational book that helps a child to
not become scared of their nightmares.

Since graduating i've been so lucky and blessed with everything thats come my way. From exhibiting my work in London to being offered a publishig contract for my book as an EBook. A little scared that my dreams are becoming reality but a good kind of scared. I'm excited and super happy to see where these journeys take me!
I started working for a company called Bullshirt this February, designing t-shirts and other materials such as business cards, posters ect! It's been such a blessing to see all my hard work pay off and be doing what i love everyday!!!

I work primarily digitally, but i also like to used black fine liners in my work. I like to create a realistic feel in my work, but i also like create cartoon and experiment in different styles.
My illustrations reflect my unusual interest in aspects of
fears, but these kinds of illustrations are when I work to
myself. I do take interest in all sorts of life, not just the
scary, ha.
I am inspired by colour and patterns, listen to the radio and working in my studio. I also love drinking endless amounts of tea and have a love of cats!!
My interests are reading non-fiction books about true
crimes, watching documentaries and I do love a good
horror movie. When working in my studio, lots of tea and
listen to music drives me. No unusual, but who doesnt
love tea!!
